xbaji Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the xbaji platform, including all games, sports betting features, payment services, promotions, and customer support. By completing the xbaji registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

xbaji may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the xbaji platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use an xbaji account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with xbaji or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of xbaji or any of its game providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding legal agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. xbaji reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration at any time.

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account at the time of suspension.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one xbaji account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. xbaji uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your xbaji account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account. xbaji will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

xbaji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on xbaji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbaji supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 15 minutes.
• Nagad — instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 15 minutes.
• Rocket — instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 30 minutes.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page within your xbaji account and may be updated from time to time. xbaji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on your account. xbaji reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

xbaji does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

xbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the time limit will be removed from your account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the promotion terms for each offer.
• xbaji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse.

If you have an active bonus on your account, withdrawing your real-money balance before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus funds and any associated winnings being forfeited. xbaji recommends completing wagering requirements before initiating a withdrawal if you wish to retain your bonus.

6 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

Each game available on xbaji is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game session — including server disconnections, display errors, or incorrect odds being displayed — xbaji reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to your account. xbaji will not honour payouts that result from a technical error, regardless of the displayed outcome.

For sports betting, the following additional rules apply:

• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of an event being cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport, as published in the sports betting rules section of the platform.
• xbaji reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any market at any time, including for individual players where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed, except where xbaji exercises its right to void bets under these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbaji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one xbaji account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any means.
• Abusing the bonus system, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward xbaji staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

8 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbaji account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. xbaji strongly recommends using a unique, strong password for your account and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact xbaji support immediately. xbaji will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation to prevent further unauthorised activity.

xbaji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from xbaji that requests your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to xbaji support immediately.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the xbaji platform — including but not limited to the xbaji logo, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of xbaji or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the xbaji platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any xbaji content without prior written permission from xbaji.

10 Limitation of Liability

xbaji provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While xbaji takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, xbaji does not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond xbaji's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbaji's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbaji is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

xbaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all xbaji account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without a waiting period.

12 Account Closure

You may close your xbaji account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

xbaji reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without notice, where xbaji determines that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to xbaji or other players. In cases of account closure due to a breach of Terms, xbaji may withhold any balance pending investigation.

13 Changes to These Terms
